Access to forum venue

The Fourth Eurasian Women’s Forum will take place on 18–20 September 2024 at several major convention and cultural venues in the historical centre of St. Petersburg: Tavrichesky Palace and Universe of Water museum complex.

Traffic in St. Petersburg during the days of the Forum is expected to be heavy. Calculate your route to arrive at the venue in advance, at least 1 hours before the event you are interested in is due to begin.

How do i enter the forum venue?

1. Picking up your badge.

2. Take a PCR test (for access to Tavrichesky Palace on 18 September).

3. Take your identity document (passport) with you.

4. Leave items prohibited at the venue at your accommodations.

1. Picking up your badge

We kindly ask that you collect your accreditation badge in advance at one of the accreditation point in St. Petersburg.

To pick up your badge, please check that you have uploaded all the necessary data to your personal web office.

The badge is personalized and may not be transferred to third parties.

You must carry your badge and identity document (passport) with you at all times while at the Forum venue.

2. Take a PCR test (for access to Tavrichesky Palace on 18 September)

TO ACCESS THE TAVRICHESKY PALACE ON 18 SEPTEMBER

All Forum participants, media representatives and staff who will be present at events must take a PCR testing for COVID-19.

PCR test must be taken 24 hours before visiting the Tavrichesky Palace, but no earlier than 07:00 on 17 September (GMT+3)

TO ATTEND THE FORUM OPENING CEREMONY AND PLENARY SESSION ON 18 SEPTEMBER

To attend the Forum opening ceremony and plenary session attendees must take the PCR testing for COVID-19, A/B influenza and ARVI

PLEASE NOTE: PCR test must be taken 24 hours before visiting the event.

1. Provide information about immunity in the personal web office.

2. Find your ID in the personal web office and keep it in mind.

3. Sign up for PCR testing in the personal web office.

4. Print, fill out and sign consent forms for medical intervention and to the processing of personal data.

5. Provide your Forum participant ID at one of the Forum’s testing centres.

A PCR test is not needed:

to access the Universe of Water museum complex on 18 September
to visit all event sites on 19–20 September

3. Take your identity document (passport) with you

Please don’t forget to bring an identifying document (passport) with you to the venue.

You must present your passport at the entrance to the venue and keep it with you while you are located at the Forum venue.

4. Leave items prohibited at the venue at your accommodations

Upon arrival, each participant will have to go through the access control procedure. You may be asked to turn on your phone or laptop and show other equipment that you brought to the venue.

To avoid any inconveniences with access to the Forum events, we recommend that participants leave items that are prohibited at the Forum venue at their hotels.
