Internet access is available free of charge at the Forum venues.

Currency exchange
18–20 September, 09:00–18:00
Forum participants can withdraw cash (in Russian currency) and exchange currencies at the mobile office of Sberbank of Russia at the entrance to the Tavrichesky Palace.
The available currencies for exchange include the US dollar, Euro, Pound sterling, Swiss franc, Japanese yen, Chinese yuan, Turkish lira, Belarusian rouble, Kazakhstani tenge, UAE dirham, Singapore dollar, Swedish krona, Norwegian krona, Canadian dollar, Danish krona.
Dining
Coffee breaks and lunches have been arranged to provide Forum participants with catering options throughout the event.

Information and services points for participants of the Fourth Eurasian Women’s Forum provide details on the programme, available services, and navigation through the EAWF 2024, as well as other facilities.
The following services are available at information and services points at the Forum venues:
First aid
First aid points at the Tavrichesky Palace:

Ambulance teams will be on duty in the immediate vicinity of the Forum venue for the entire duration of the Forum.
Cloakrooms
There is no luggage storage available at the Forum venues. We recommend that participants leave bulky items at their places of residence.
Shuttle buses
During the Eurasian Women's Forum, free regular shuttle buses will run for participants.

Hotel booking
Participants of the Fourth Eurasian Women’s Forum can book rooms in St. Petersburg hotels at special rates. Forum participants can go to the personal web office for a list of recommended hotels and booking terms.
Please book your hotel room in advance to ensure you have comfortable accommodations.

Schedule business meetings
Participants in the Eurasian Women’s Forum can submit a request to arrange a business meeting with other Forum participants at the Eurasian Women’s Forum Business Centre (Tavrichesky Palace, Ekaterininskiy Hall).

Roscongress photobank
The Roscongress Foundation provides photography services for all business and cultural programme events at the Fourth Eurasian Women’s Forum. Photographs are published on the Roscongress Photo Bank in real time. Images can be organized by event and date to facilitate easier browsing.
The photographs are available to view and download free of charge in high resolution, and may be freely used with a reference to the Roscongress Foundation.
