Open Dialogue among Women in the Nuclear Industry

From Realizing Intellectual Potential to Technological Leadership

The professional association brings together more than 35,000 women specialists from 109 countries with common goals, including building trust in modern nuclear and radiation technologies and their safe use and promoting professional growth for women specialists in the nuclear industry. The international open dialogue will feature an exchange of views on the use of innovative and technological developments and how to create a comfortable environment for women to bolster their standing in the industry.

How does the development of the nuclear industry help to achieve sustainable development goals? What is the best way to build a dialogue with the public on the safe use of nuclear and radiation technologies? What corporate practices could become international models for the retention and career growth of women in the nuclear industry. How can we enhance the prestige of working in the industry for young people?
