The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation is the federal executive body responsible for elaboration of state and legal regulatory policies within the national agroindustrial complex, agricultural, raw materials and foodstuffs market, food and processing industries, sustainable development of rural areas, and demesnial relations applicable to agricultural land. The Ministry coordinates and monitors the activities of its subordinates – the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) and the Federal Agency for Fisheries (Rosrybolovstvo).
The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation is a body of the federal government. The Ministry’s activities cover numerous areas: from the development of metallurgy, shipbuilding, and aircraft construction to the perfume and cosmetics industry and folk arts and crafts. The Ministry of Industry and Trade implements state support measures at different levels for domestic producers: it provides subsidies, oversees special investment contracts and preferential leasing programmes, supports exports, and much more.
PJSC Promsvyazbank (PSB) is a universal bank founded in 1995.
PSB is one of the Russian largest banks and in the list of systemically important credit institutions, approved by the Central Bank, legally defined as a pivotal bank for carrying out operations under the state defense order and large state contracts.

Rosseti Group is one of the world's largest power grid holdings and a supplier of electricity to consumers in 82 regions of Russia. Rosseti operates 2.56 mn km of power transmission lines and electrical substations with a total capacity of 876 GVA. The grids of Rosseti Group transmit over 80% of all electrical power generated in the country.
The Group has 45 subsidiaries, including 19 distribution network companies. Rosseti headcount is about 235,000 people.
The controlling shareholder of the parent company, Rosseti PJSC, is the Government represented by the Federal Agency for State Property Management.
RZD-Medicina is the largest healthcare network in the country, covering 71 regions of the Russian Federation. Today, the network includes 358 polyclinic and inpatient complexes: multifunctional medical centers, hospitals, dental clinics, clinical diagnostic laboratories, medical points at railway stations and pharmacies, pre-trip medical examination points. In addition, to provide quality medical care to residents of hard-to-reach regions, mobile medical complexes of RZD-Medicina and the health train 'Saint Panteleimon,' which is the first of its kind to receive the status of a medical device, are in operation. The institutions of RZD-Medicina are open to everyone without exception: residents of the country can receive medical care here under OMS and DMS policies, as well as on a paid basis.
