An invitation from the Forum Organizing Committee is required to take part in the Fourth Eurasian Women's Forum.
The Roscongress Foundation, the Forum’s operator, will send an Email to the invited participants with the login and password to their personal web office.
The personal web office is a participant’s individual section of the official Forum website, where they are able to confirm or cancel participation in the Forum, edit their personal information, upload a photograph for their badge, and book services provided by the Forum operator.
The Forum participants have access to all events on the EAWF business programme from 18 to 20 September excluding Plenary session and the invitation-only events.
If possible, please confirm you will attend no later than 10 days before the start of the Forum. If you are not planning to attend the Forum, please inform the organizers through your personal web office or contact the Forum information centre at:

Forum participants will be responsible for paying for their hotel accommodation and round-trip travel to St. Petersburg.
Participants of the Fourth Eurasian Women’s Forum can book rooms in St. Petersburg hotels at special rates. Detailed information is available in the Hotel accommodation section.
In order to ensure a comfortable arrival and departure for Forum participants, we ask that you provide information about your arrival, departure, and stay in St. Petersburg in your personal web office on the Forum website.
