Telegram bot of the IV Eurasian Women's Forum launched

A virtual assistant will help participants and guests navigate the flow of forum events and receive quick and concise answers to the most pressing questions:

• how to get a badge;
• where can I take a PCR test to gain access to the site;
• what services are available;
• business program of the Forum;
• site map.

Connecting to the chatbot will allow you to receive all the important information about the event at any time. The development uses the knowledge base of the chatbot, located on the website of the Eurasian Women's Forum.

The service was launched by the Roscongress Foundation jointly with the Interregional Contact Centre.
