The EWF Council and the Women in Modern Industry Association are launching a competition in the BRICS space

The ceremonial start will be given at the IV Eurasian Women's Forum.

The annual "Talented Woman in Modern Industry" award for industrial companies is being expanded to the BRICS countries. The organizers are confident that expanding the competition's geography will allow female specialists to increase opportunities for exchanging experiences, discussing key industry trends, and the EWF Council's specialized project will become a platform for professional communications and launching new initiatives.

The prerequisites for strengthening international cooperation have been created. Thus, the team of the EWF Council project “Women in Modern Industry” has agreements on joint projects with professional communities of like-minded women in India, South Africa and Brazil.

The goals and objectives of the Women in Modern Industry project: popularization of engineering professions, increasing the level of competence of industry employees, programs for the development of women's leadership, mentoring and tutoring - are relevant throughout the BRICS space.

This year, there are 630 applications from 64 industrial companies for the Talented Woman in Modern Industry competition. The final will be held in Moscow in October. The new application campaign will begin in 2025.
