The opening of a Russian-Indian pharmaceutical plant was announced at the Eurasian Women's Forum

Within the framework of the IV Eurasian Women's Forum, an agreement was signed between Velpharm LLC and Swati Spentose Pvt. Ltd on the promotion of pharmaceutical substances heparin sodium and enoxaparin sodium produced by Velpharm LLC (Russia) in the Republic of India and the creation of a joint venture in Russia to organize the production of pharmaceutical substances.

The agreement was signed by the founder and president of the Velpharm Group, Lyudmila Shcherbakova, and Ms. Swati Dejodi, founder and president of the company Swati Spentose Pvt. Ltd.

India is one of the world leaders in the production of pharmaceutical substances, however, the production of heparin sodium and enoxaparin sodium substances is absent in the republic. The company "Swati Spentose Pvt. Ltd." was interested in substances produced by "Velpharm". Having familiarized themselves with the technology and quality of the products, the Indian manufacturer expressed a desire to register Russian pharmaceutical substances in India and distribute them.

Swati Spentose Pvt. Ltd. owns technologies for industrial production of large-scale pharmaceutical substances, which served as the basis for the decision to establish a joint industrial venture.

Russia produces a limited number of large-tonnage pharmaceutical substances, and they are mainly exported. From this point of view, the agreement is very promising.
