"By all accounts, 2024 was a successful year for the Women for a Healthy Society project. It was marked by interesting initiatives that had a direct impact on qualitative changes in healthcare, the popularization of a healthy lifestyle, and the introduction of innovative practices. The digital platform Women for a Healthy Society, created during the project, has proven itself to be excellent. It accumulates innovative projects that are born during the competitive selection of the same name. Their number has more than quadrupled during the project. A lot of useful things have been done, in fact, women's project initiatives have begun to complement health protection programs in Russia and abroad. The first major event of the coming 2025 will be the Women for a Healthy Society Forum, which will take place in early March. The forum will give a new impetus to the ideas and initiatives of the community, and will determine the key vectors of work, which, I am sure, will be just as effective," Galina Karelova, Chairperson of the Eurasian Women's Forum, noted in her welcoming speech.

Alla Samoilova, Head of the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare (Roszdravnadzor), noted the role of women in achieving the main priorities of the country's social policy: "The Women for a Healthy Society project is an authoritative platform that has united caring women of all ages with an active social position. Thanks to your activities, the women's agenda is being actively promoted at major Russian and foreign forums today, and in some regions, social projects aimed at strengthening family values and improving the quality of life that were developed within the framework of the project are already being implemented. This speaks to the demand for your initiatives, the need of modern society to promote the role of women, strengthen public health and traditional values. Since ancient times, a woman has been considered the keeper of the hearth, creating comfort and warmth, sheltering all family members from troubles and adversity. By and large, our mission has not changed at all: today we just surround with care not only our loved ones, but also our beloved Russia, where we were all lucky enough to be born. “I wish you all to remain as active and creative, never lose interest in life, believe in a bright future and value the present ,” concluded Alla Samoilova , speaking to the project participants.

The event was also attended by members of the Women for a Healthy Society project team: First Deputy Director for Development of the Roscongress Foundation, member of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, head of the Women for a Healthy Society project Anastasia Stolkova ; Director of the Research Institute for Healthcare Organization and Medical Management of the Moscow Department of Health Elena Aksenova ; General Director of the ANO Social Assistance Center Dobroe Delo Olga Postnikova ; General Director of ANO Mosprom Olga Starikova ; Head of the Department of ANO Mosprom, member of the Public Council of the Ministry of Health of Russia Natalia Darbinyan ; Head of the Healthcare Directorate of the Roscongress Foundation Irina Pshonik ; President of the Gift of Sunshine Charitable Foundation Saniyam Koval.

The educational course included lectures on the topics of a systemic approach to strengthening public health, leadership in healthcare, digital transformation of non-profit organizations and the role of women's initiatives in creating a project and its path from an idea to a finished product in order to provide participants with deep knowledge and practical skills necessary for the effective management and development of projects in the field of healthcare and social well-being. In addition to lectures, the program of the event included business games: from the Women for a Healthy Society project team and the Time of the Brave business game with the support of the Senezh Management Workshop and ANO Russia - Land of Opportunities. In addition, participants had the opportunity to speak in an open microphone format, take part in networking and attend the master class Public Speaking. Tools for Influencing and Impacting People.

The head of the Women for a Healthy Society project, Anastasia Stolkova, emphasized that in order to create a united and well-coordinated community, as well as to launch new projects and bring them to the federal level, it is necessary to work together with mentors, experts, partners, participants and members of the community team:

"The Women for a Healthy Society platform is a platform of opportunities for the birth of new projects and initiatives, creating conditions for effective work and personal contact. The program of the final event in 2024 is designed to help participants apply theoretical knowledge in practice and develop the necessary competencies. Participation in business games allows you to develop strategies and make decisions in conditions as close to real ones as possible. I would like to separately note that new projects are born at such events. For example, this is the idea of creating an interregional project "Anti-vape", the pilot of which is planned in the Novgorod, Lugansk regions and the Republic of Bashkortostan. Today, the Women for a Healthy Society movement is an active participant in the socio-political life of the country in the formation of a healthy lifestyle," noted Anastasia Stolkova.

As part of the final event of the Women for a Healthy Society project, experts, project curators, finalists and winners of the competitive selections discussed key issues related to uniting women in an effort to become ambassadors of a healthy lifestyle in modern society. Participants also considered the contribution of women to the development of social policy and the promotion of traditional values in Russia. Particular attention was paid to government support measures that can help women implement successful social projects and initiatives in different regions. In addition, ways to combine the efforts of the state, the business community and non-profit organizations to implement the policy of saving the population in Russia were discussed. In conclusion, the participants considered how the Women for a Healthy Society project helps transform socially significant ideas of women in our country into promising projects aimed at strengthening the health of the population.

The final event of the Women for a Healthy Society project became a significant event that promotes the development of social initiatives and the strengthening of public health.
