The results of the investment check-up of the delegates of the Eurasian Women's Forum have been summed up

The survey was organized by the teams of the EWF Council projects “Women's Leadership in Investments” and “Research on the Socioeconomic Status of Women: Russian and International Experience.” The interactive activity allowed us to identify financial attitudes and knowledge gaps that hinder the growth of women's personal well-being.

The express testing on the interactive screen consisted of 10 questions and was conducted in two languages, Russian and English. Guests of the Promsvyazbank Investment Lounge could take the survey.

The questions covered budgeting, savings, trust in investor information sources, knowledge of fraud schemes and basic principles of financial security, investment strategies, asset diversification, and the psychology of investing.

The data collection showed that more than 87% of the participants of the Eurasian Women's Forum try to regularly monitor their "safety cushion", and 75% are quite well protected from fraudsters and can accurately identify the signs of a financial pyramid.

The picture of the choice of investment strategy is interesting. 22% of respondents focus on the acceptable level of risk, 12% - on the expected level of profitability, 6% - on the investment period. 59% of respondents count on all of the above when choosing where to place funds.

Each participant in the survey was given recommendations on how to improve their level of knowledge in the field of finance and investment.

Coordinator of the EWF Council project “Women’s Leadership in Investments”, Senior Vice President, Director of External Relations of PSB Vera Podguzova:

"The investment check-up is a quality tool for determining your strengths in the world of investments, and it also helps you understand where you need to improve your knowledge. The check-up was developed in an easy, playful form, but it gave us quite serious analytics that we will use in the further implementation of our project "Women's Leadership in Investments."
